Our Focus
Teamwork - Leadership - Motivation
Our engaging programs take a whole class/year group approach to develop the skills needed to expand engagement and drive student attainment. All sessions are 1 hour in length.
Programs can be booked as a one off targeted session or our full program which covers all topics and is delivered over a number of weeks.
Year 5 - Lighting the Fire to Lead
Our Year 5 programs take an in depth look at what it takes to become leaders of the school. While not all students wish to become part of the school leadership group, we believe all students can benefit from the skills and experience gained from the experience.
Year 6 - My World
Year 6 is an important year for students and we aim to support them in their transition into high school. We help students explore their own strengths and identify areas for improvement. We help them understand how they can fit in a team to achieve a common goal. Motivation is a defining factor for this age and we look at how to recognise and respond to a factors affecting our motivation levels.
Years 3 and 4 - Teams
We look to build on students' understanding of our leadership, teamwork and motivation. How these concepts relate to their personal growth and how they can help those around them thrive in school.
Foundation to Year 2- Follow the Leader
Our K-2 to programs explore leadership, teamwork and motivation through the use of story books, engaging games and focused discussion. Students will begin to see how their actions can impact on those around in a positive way.
