Ryan Gordon

I'm Ryan Gordon, the founder of Lighthouse Leaders. I have over 15 years experience in education, as a classroom teacher, educational support and in school leadership.

My passion for this program grew from my personal experiences and through my post graduate research. I believe that, given the right skills, knowledge and experiences, each student can thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

We believe that education should be accessible to all and strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for our students.
