Ryan Gordon
I'm Ryan Gordon, the founder of Lighthouse Leaders. I have over 15 years experience in education, as a classroom teacher, educational support and in school leadership.
My passion for this program grew from my personal experiences and through my post graduate research. I believe that, given the right skills, knowledge and experiences, each student can thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
We believe that education should be accessible to all and strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for our students.

Lighthouse Leaders was developed by our founder, Ryan Gordon to meet the growing needs of schools in guiding their students in their development of leadership and resilience skills.
Throughout over 15 years of experience in the education system, it became evident that students are at increasing need of explicit instruction to develop their ..... With this in mind I have created programs that use Deliberate Play to teach students these skills in a safe and supportive environment.
I have worked closely with educational specialists such as system leaders, child psychologists, curriculum developers and experts in Deliberate Play to create a catalogue of programs that meet the needs of all learners, of all abilities, all of the time. We pride ourselves on our ability to engage all learners in a wide range of contexts.
